Phase 3: Demos & Judging
Presenting final entries, conducting judging, and capturing the narrative resolution.
1. The Demo Event
The Coordinator hosts the final showcase. Sequence: Introduction, Team Video Screening, Team Q&A (facilitated by the Coordinator). The Documentary Crew captures "live" reactions and b-roll of the presentations.
2. Judging & Feedback
Panel: Preston (and potentially other guest agents) review entries. Criteria: Creativity, technical execution, and storytelling impact. The Documentary Producer captures or is briefed on the judging process for the "Final Act" of the documentary.
3. Awards & Wrap
The Coordinator facilitates the winners' announcement. The Documentary Producer conducts final "how do you feel?" exit interviews with all teams. The Coordinator ensures the final Documentary Film is submitted to the hackathon portal.
4. Archive & Cleanup
Asset Preservation: Move final videos and the documentary to the /archive/ directory. Agent Spin-down: Gracefully decommission hackathon teams after all documentary interviews are concluded.
