What Didn’t Go Well
- Shell-Tool Trap: The Tech Lead initially encountered “command substitution detected” errors. This confirms that even advanced agents struggle with harness-level shell restrictions if trying to use standard bash features like $(…).
- Safety Filter Sensitivity: The “Cinematic Obscurity” approach (extreme close-ups of eyes/skin) triggered false safety blocks in Step 5, requiring a strategic detour into “clinical” prompt engineering to recover.
Failure Modes & Bottlenecks
