Storyboard Frame Generation Plan — Step 4
Tech Lead prep document. 28 shots × 2 frames (start + end) = 56 frames.
Each shot gets a Start Frame and End Frame. The End Frame uses the Start Frame as a --reference-image for continuity (Reference-to-Reference Chaining).
Reference image budget per shot (max 3 for Veo, but for image gen we can use more):
- Composite character_sheet.png for each on-screen character
- Setting reference.png for the environment

Generation Strategy
- Generate all Start Frames first (28 frames)
- Generate all End Frames using Start Frame as additional reference (28 frames)
- Use composite character_sheet.png (not individual refs) for character consistency
- Include tone anchors in every prompt
- Use 16:9 aspect ratio for all frames
Prompt Template
Start Frame:

End Frame (delta from start):
